I used the that Tremec fluid, and it was way too thick for normal driving. Very notchy, occasional grinding. I live in Az, and even on hot days it was pretty notchy in second.

Flushed and switched to Amsoil Signature Series Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid. The car shifts nice and smooth, much better than anything else I have tried.
