I always run the exhaust in Track mode through the Engine Management option in the infotainment screen on top of Track Mode itself and I know the non-NPP exhaust for the SS 1LEs is right on the limit for most tracks that have decibel level checks.

You mean your exhaust
is the NPP. Non-NPP can't change modes as there are no valves and therefore no modes. Also you can't buy a 1LE without NPP.
