The Z/28 can start with the SS 1LE, upgrade the brakes, tires, suspension, engine and aero. It could land around the ZL1 but offer a different experience.
Either way, it would be tough to outperform the ZL1 1LE. That bar is set pretty high.

That is the right idea IMO. Max effort NA track car that doesn't necessarily need to be faster than the ZL1-1LE. Better yet would be to also offer the upgraded engine as standard on the SS-1LE (
I'd buy one).
