Sort of, when they came out with HyperBlue Metallic most were thinking they just renamed Kinetic. The Laguna Blue Corvette Color is dang close to KBM as well (and I know as have the Laguna Blue C7). Also, did you know you can order one of the Chevy Work Vans in Kinetic Blue Metallic...

My point is, never take it too serious when they say a color will be exclusive. Just ask the Synergy Green Special Edition owners that now have to explain to people that not all Synergies are Special Editions, heck even some Synergy owners think they have a special edition when they do not...
