You are looking at doing the exact setup I have done. My car makes around 700ish rwhp and I went with the 2650R because I track my car, I need it to make 700ish rwhp every lap, with ease, without slowing down because it's getting hot.
If you aren't going to be tracking, I'd advise a Joker full tit ported blower LTs and a tune, you'll get about 660-675 rwhp on 93 and really enjoy the setup. If you have E85 in your area, just a Big Gulp and FlexFuel/Tune (no headers) has been shown make 650-660 rwhp all day long, again not ideal for track for obvious reasons.
I love my setup, it's tuned for track so it hits "softer" than the factory blower car, builds power in a very manageable way and has proven to be super consistent. In the few rando street races I've done, the car seems to be trapping around 139-143 mph (just a guess based on the cars I've messed with)
