I ended up using aluminum zinc rods and torch to weld it shut. Holds up to 21000 psi. Then just added reassurance put jbweld over it to insure It holds. Added coolant and seems to be holding fine. The whole was so tiny I had to use magnifying glass in the damaged area to see it. Thanks for the comments to give me more confidence on this.
