This is what was apparently automatically added to my shopping cart when I had selected a wheel and tire package for my 2022 SS. Should I be deleting it and adding OEM?

You might want to check with DISCOUNT tire about buying the TPMS sensors. Down Here in Texas, they will mount the tires on your wheels for free if you buy the TPMS sensors from them and they are cost competitive on the sensors. I am pretty sure they do that EVERYWHERE,
