IIRC, 'euro spec' oils are designed for ultra-long change intervals (12k-15k miles) and are suitable for operation on high-speed roadways (autobahn, etc).

I use Motul 8100 X-Clean 5W40 exclusively.
It is Dexos2 Certified (You can pull up the list from the Dexos site). Upon request, I also got from Motul the original Dexos2 certificate for this oil.
As mentioned throughout this thread (and so many similar ones here), as long as you use Dexos officially certified fluids, GM's warranty should be honored.
