We do these pretty often for our track customers. 7.4 pints (3.7 qts) for the SS and 10.2 pints (5.2 qts) for the 1LE is OEM recommendation. On average we see just shy of that, but not much. The SS 1LE has the exact same coolers as the normal SS. In fact, the trans cooler is also the same used in the Heavy Duty cooling package for the 2.0T and V6, and also the ZL1.
