A couple of things to do. stat your own car club, or start your own chapter of another car club.
WCM is one large club, you can talk to Alejandro about options with them. but HeadTurners has chapters in every area, and if they don't you may be able to create your own. Headturners is not limited to Camaros though,! If you want to start a chapter, you have to reach out to Leo, the Founder and Pres. he's a cool dude, just make sure your car is a banger!
