Good luck with the dealer. They damaged my 2013 steering wheel & I had to threaten them with damaging the dealer's reputation...all over the internet. Chevy Corp told the dealer they better get on it. They did but sour taste was left in my mind. Too little too late. I traded the car in 3 weeks later.
With my 2018 black wheels I will be going over each wheel with service adviser & he will notate the wheels were chip free. I learned that lesson with my silver painted wheels on my 2013.
