The 416 arrived today. Anticipated power numbers are around 700HP on an engine dyno and perhaps 600HP to the wheels. I will post EXACT numbers once engine is installed, tuned and dynoed.
Below at the bottom of THIS post in a PDF file is the breakdown on the 416 SHORT BLOCK from LME. Heads are a proprietary port by AMP. Throttle body is ported LT5. Manifold is ported LT2. Cam is from Gwatney Performance specifically their LT NFC grind, lifters are LS7 and so on.
