So I have completely gone back to the stock tune and even back to regular gas from E85 on the stock tune and my car still shifts about 200-300rpm lower than what is commanded in the stock TCM tune file. I know this has got to be hurting shift recovery.

The short shifting in first gear is a given and I've heard that from many people. Usually it will shift out of first at WOT at about 5600, but I don't understand why its happening in the other gears? Does the shift points rely on input from the torque model also? I just don't get how I went completely back to stock and the same thing is happening?
