I haven't heard any Hellcat owners I know personally say that. They all state the opposite actually so forgive me, but I question that statement.
Skip to 1:01:00 in this video. Long as hell video, I know, but the part where Carlos talks about the Hellcat and what it felt like at high speeds only takes a minute or so.
