Not in my experience, it's marginal better dry, significantly worse in slight moisture/rain. Significantly worse tram-lining. The SC3 is sticky, but it's not much better than a PS4S and the PS4S does a lot of other stuff significantly better. For the tread wear/life, it's not nearly sticky enough IMO.
