I have stored my car past 3 winters. Never used jackstands and never had a problem with flat spots. Inflated tires to 43-45psi.. put carpet squares under tires...dont know what tarp under car is going to achieve...the place i store my car doesnt allow to cover the entire concrete floor like that.
