Many many many of us have the slow crank when warm problem. It has been theorized that its caused by lack of heat shielding on the starter, bad batteries, bad starters, etc etc etc.
There are dozens of threads on this topic. None have ever really solved the problem. Mine always starts, but its pretty embarrassing when you jump back in the car after picking up carry out food, everyone looking at your car, and it slow cranks and struggles to start.
