Does anyone remember who that attorney was that fights speeding tickets that, I believe, resides in Albany or somewhere upstate, and I think he guarantees either a lower plea or something? I remember he was thought of as the best NY speeding ticket attorney in NY. I can't remember his name. Any help is appreciated.
I think he was of Indian descent.
Edit: to clarify i need representation in NYC.
