Same thing happened to me. The panel spring broke and took it to a dealer in Orlando, they fixed it during the hour or so that I waited for my vehicle. They have seen this before so they keep the part in stock. I was so happy with my experience. Sorry to hear some of you guys didn't have such great experiences.
