No, changing the camber does not change the ride height. It's purely visual as the tire goes from being leaned in a noticeable amount to being just about a square with the fender edge.

Yes, you can lower the front via the lower spring perches which are adjustable.

If you adjust the ride height, you'll change the toe settings and you'll start getting increased wear.
