11" rear wheel can be made to fit without rubbing but it will poke slightly on a Challenger. A Charger has a little more room under the rear and can fit an 11" without poking. I ran a 20x10.5" rear with a 305 tire for almost two years on my Challenger Hellcat before I went with a wider wheel. No issues at all and fits like a glove. a 315 Nitto will fit on a 20x10.5" wheel, its jut not the ideal wheel size for a 315.
