You may or may not figure taxes into that, depending of course on if you are planning to include them in your loan or not. I always pay the taxes separately, out of pocket, so I never include that in my loan figure.

Based on what I'm seeing, assuming the 2SS will be 40K (A 2SS is going to start at least 37 - 39K I'm assuming if not more, so only a few options is going to push it past 40K easily) with 10K down, No trade, and no taxes figured in, using a 3% interest rate (I know this could be lower but I just picked a number) I'm getting a payment of $540 a month for 60 months.
