Here's what I used as a final step...Collinite #845 and SiO2 with Carnauba Spray.
None of those products will remove hard water marks- I'm guessing either they were superficial (in which case they would come off with QD or even water) or the fillers in one of your products temporarily covered them.

From the look of it, some Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover would do wonders for that panel.
