Dunno about SS, but my C7 never had an issue with 91 octane in the short while I owned it, and I definitely had a few WOT runs in before mother natured yanked it away. I imagine SS wouldn't be any different.

Personally I don't think 91 octane will be an issue since it's still an NA car, and I also stopped caring about the whole E0 and E10 thing. Other than the theoretical 3% decrease in gas mileage(which is too little of variance to be statistically significant) there is little to no harm in using it, especially if you drive your car often enough to refuel frequently.

Now, whether or not the E10 fuel makes sense on a macro scale, well that's a whole other discussion.
