My oil pan bolts were working loose after about 2 years. Tightened them and haven't had any seepage since.
As for oil consumption, as of 40K miles and LOTS of track days, I burn 0 during an event. I've never added more than 1/4 qt between oil changes.
OP - that much consumption during ONE event is concerning. Modern engines just don't burn oil. If they do, something is wrong. I'd find a shop (or DIY) to perform a compression check.
