There are a few for sale (ZL1 1LE), I think they wheren't allowed to be sold by a Chevrolet dealer over in Europe but you9 can apparently import then privately.
"I think the best outcome you can achieve is to have a US state issue a registration for the car as an AFV (Alternative Fuel Vehicle)." this might work.
How would I go about getting an AFV issued registration for a car?
