Follow up service by KPM leaves a lot to be desired.
Some if the worst treatment I've experienced.
Paid for ADR compliant system, 7 months later no engineering, no response, no refund, no certificate. The extra $3k-$4k for ADR compliant vs. standard has just been pocketed. Not happy.
