Order was placed on 2/27 at sat at 1100 until March 10th. Dealer printed Order Workbench on 3/13 and status code is blank but TPW is 5/8 and that has never shown up using Chat and Virtual Assistant. Orders in past never showed TPW until 3300-3400. Guess it's time for trip back to dealer.

If you only talk to the virtual assistant that's the only response you'll get until your order is produced. Type "live operator" or something and it'll connect you to an actual person who can give you more information. They're hesitant to give you status codes at first but if you throw out that you already know and understand what they are, they'll provide them.
