Thanks. As I mentioned earlier it is on the driver's side on top of the rear wheel -- there was no cost of repair or additional details because it wasn't a true accident.
The reason it shows on CarFax as an "accident" is because there was a police report associated to someone who said I hit their car while driving; but again, I
cannot stress enough that it was settled in my favor with no penalties, points, and most importantly NO repairs done to the car! The other car owner had zero proof and neither of our cars had damage to prove his case; the person was trying to be smooth....!
As an aside, the scratch flaw mentioned is shown in the pictures above!
