the CCM rotor pistons (19207043) are hollow and quite light, wonder if that is the difference between the two numbers..., possibly designed for a higher heat environment?? more or less heat transfer to the caliper block and fluid??
Oh, something else. Inspect the pistons when you get them, Brembo does a poor job of packaging and they apparently get damaged easily. I ended up going through several sets before I got all good pistons

Since I bought the C7 ZO6/GS calipers for the iron rotors, mine may be what you are looking for.
They look similar, But I don't have any pictures of the vented insert out of the piston. When i rebuilt mine last winter, some of the inserts were free of the piston. I could pull the vented insert out of the piston. I do not recall how hollow my pistons were.
Since I could not recall the inserts being held tight within the piston, and it looked as if there was some sort of remnants of a retaining fluid holding them together, I felt it would be better to use some Loctitie 603 retaining fluid. Were your inserts free to come out of the pistons?
