But I did hit up the chat on chevrolet.com and got the following information:
"Based on my research, your vehicle is in transit via train around 1:00 P.M. It was last seen in North Plate in West Nebraska. It's destination is in distribution center in Salt Lake, Utah. The estimated time of arrival is on September 21, 2017. Once there, please allow the courier some time to unload the vehicle from the train. We would recommend for you to call us back on the 23rd of September."
So I'm thinking they can give rail car number if you can't get it from the dealership.

One more reason to buy from Becky rather than a local dealer that has no clue about a custom order. The rail tracking can be different if it does not go CSX, but they should at least have been able to tell you some details.
