Note a 345/30/19 is a shorter tire vs 315/30/20 (assuming this is what the OP wanted to run, albeit it seems he has disappeared
) Yours is even shorter than a stock SS 1le 305/30/20.
As far as i know rubbing on an SS occurs not due to width but height. But i have zero first hand experience here.
