Mine did the exact same thing. I took it to the dealer. There is a TSB about it. It is describes as a "fog horn noise or Whale sound". The fix was supposed to be to burnish the brakes. I explained that I had already done that and followed the procedure in the manual. They insisted on doing again themselves. I went to pick it up and did it again, so I turned around and took it back. I had the service manager ride with me and it made the sound in the parking lot of the dealership. They told me they would have to call an engineer. I said that was fine, but I'm taking my car. The bulletin said there was not a performance issue, just a sound. So I went ahead and took my car to it's first tack day and used the brakes to their full potential and to my surprise...... the sound is now gone?!?! I've driven it multiple time since the track day and can't duplicate the sound anymore. So, just go use the crap out of them and break them in really good. See the bulletin attached.
