Pulled the valve cover today just to do a visual inspection and everything by eye looks good. I'm going to do the leak down like mention before and I going to buy a spring compressor so I can look at the valve seals a lil closer.

Also pulled the plugs again last night and #1 spark plug had oil on it and everything else looks good. So at least I have it down to one cylinder. I'll post a pic below. This plug has about 20 miles on it and about 6 dyno pulls.

I'm leaving Monday to go to work I'll be gone at least a month so its gonna be on hold till I get back.

I found a interesting post on TSP valve springs and valve seals that they were having issues with in late 2016 and earlier 2017 that they now have changed. These heads were done in Nov of 2016 by them. Below I will post the screen shot of the post and if you look at the part #'s that he posted and look at the build sheet of mine from 2016 the part numbers match.
