Maybe, but that depends on the dealership. I had a major recall on the rack and pinion and oil pump replacement due to a TSB that racked up about $4000 worth of warranty parts and labor. The dealership I took mine to GLADLY accepted my car with all my intake and exhaust mods. Service advisor said he personally pocketed $1000 in commission from all that
! But honestly a new muffler and air filter don't have anything to do with those problems.
