Maybe it doesn't help you much, but here in Germany we use full sommer tires and winter tires regardless if we have snow or not. We change the tires in October to winter and Easter for summer. We do not even have all season tires in that size

probably because of the no limits on our highways. The all season are only allowed to max 210km/h= 130mph. And if we floor the pin we reach easily 290km/m = 180mph.
