It really does look like the clear cost is gone in the area. Bird dropping’s are very acidic and I had to have several panels painted on my DD Honda before it was completely repainted. The clear was eaten completely through. From the pics it looks like a repaint is unfortunately necessary. I’d still ask a detailed to look at it
