The stock 1st gen front splitter 84116168 plastic is thin and cracks easily. I went aftermarket for my replacement (Ikon, apparently now discontinued) and it was thicker and looked almost identical. I would not recommend OEM in this case as you may need to replace it within a few years of street driving or possibly less if you hit a cone during autocross.
