Rebates and incentives for Camaro have been on a steady decline, even with the very poor sales numbers. This time of year is also prime sales season for these cars so the cash on the hoods is typically extra thin. It seems the new philosophy at GM is to please the shareholders with max profits regardless of how many shifts are cancelled and plants are closed. The days of keeping plants at full production capacity then putting huge incentives on the hoods to move the metal are long gone....
