At what point do you think I should consider doing some internal strengthening? I'm all stock bottom end right now. I put down 626whp on a hot day out here in Nebraska. making just under 10 pounds of boost right now.
With proper fuel system, proper fuel, proper tuning, the Stock bottom end LS3 have been reliable over 700 RWHP and as high as 800 RWHP on racing fuel.

We do not have a way of knowing the current condition of the engine or what it has been through without tearing it down and inspecting, so it is really hard to predict how long it will last.

I look at it this way, what do you have to lose buy playing with the current engine but being prepared for a failure?
