"Closest rolling diameter" is not important for anything, though. Any of the combos you listed will be close enough to not cause any problems, and the rear speedometer calibration differences will be extremely small. For actual handling and looks, though, it would be preferable to have the shorter and wider front tire.
Since the stock 1LE tire sizes (205/30 and 285/30) are a well known quantity, it seems like a no-brainer to use those if you're willing to use 11" and 10" wheels. Another option would be a square setup with 10.5" wheels and 305/30/20 tires at all four corners. If you used wheels with identical offset and used spacers up front, you could rotate them front to rear as well. There are several threads on that setup.
