you are torquing to 200nm, the breakaway torque for 272 is 23nm. You should be okay. 272 is used because it was designed to handle more heat than the other red colored formulas but it also isn't as strong as them. As for bolt fatigue, it will happen. I'm not sure of the expected life cycle GM has for them. Every manufacturer and application is different.
