What (I did and) you can do on a budget is:
1. Find a take-off NPP muffler with 4 tips. Those things are often offered here for a low price or even free i you pick it up
2. Find lower valance for quad tips. Mine was $220 take-off
3. Swap valance, get to muffler shop to swap the mufflers.
The result will be identical to what a NPP equipped car would be in the constant track mode. Keep in mind that a lot of guys here ended up pulling a fuse to keep their NPP in that mode, and as exhausts go, this is still considered tame.
