Check Settings > Drive Mode > Steering, here is a screenshot from the 2016-2018 infotainment, the 2019+ should have similar options. When the mode is set to "Auto", steering changes with the drive mode, otherwise it's fixed to whatever other setting one chooses here.
(With that said, since you didn't know this, you either accidentally touched the setting, someone else drove the car and changed it, or this isn't the cause of your problem.)

Thanks so much, I think I have found a solution. I just did a factory reset to my settings. I think that fixed it.
