Yes, there are plenty of options for E85 nearby. This track hosts a bunch of Corvette, Mustang, and LS events throughout the year.
They provide the following fuels onsite at the track..
The NCM Motorsports Park offers an ExxonMobil fueling station on-site. The offered octanes are:
87, 89, 93, 98, 100 (Unleaded)
110 Leaded
Diesel Fuel
You can get E85 at the Speedway on Exit 247, which is US 231. It's right off the exit to the area where the host hotels are. I can confirm this as fact, as I've been several times to this area with other friends.
