Basically since you tapped into the rear speaker feed the sub feed is going off the rear speaker signal, you will need to adjust your fade from the front to rear in order to increase the singal to the amp, I can almost promise you changing the fade from front to rear will totally increase the bass, shouldn't have done LOC tap, you need the Pac GM harness for the mylink system.
