The rest you are correct on. The three driving tables at 80% throttle and above need to match your WOT shift mph's.
Stock commanded spark once it is all sorted out through adders and subtractors should be 24* to 24.5* at WOT.

Yea I figured it needs lead time but 19mph seems to be set rather low. I was planning on moving it up in 5mph increments until it shifts the commanded rpm. My first gears shifts @ 5500 rpm instead of 6200. The part shift tables are all commanding 44-46mph above 80%. I am only getting 22 degrees timing but not showing any KR all the way up to 6400. Anyway, back on topic.
