ZL1 M6 Track Day fail.. need help

Got a fresh set of Hoosier R7s, Hawk Pads, everything working great, super excited to get to the track on Sunday
So I get to the track and this happens!

All 5 sessions I had the following problem:
After 1 lap or so, I would loose about half my boost and lots of power! I mean I could hardly pass miatas in the straights... It was extremely disappointing to say the least!!

Here is what and we have on the car:
Engine mods...
Roto Fab intake
Mamo Ported T/B
Exhaust...
everything else stock around the engine

All other mods are suspension, tires, brakes, aero...

Here is the data we collected using the toque app and conditions:
IATs stayed about 104 F
No check engine light, no codes, no misfires
Running shitty Arizona 91 octane + Torco
Ambient temps were between 80 - 90 F
Coolant and oil temps were all inline

Here is something interesting we noticed...
The throttle position values would drop to about 50% (down from like 87%) when this started to happen..
It would consistently happen after about 1 lap or a little over 1 minute...

that is where they stayed unless I did a full cool down lap.. after cool down I would get my power back and throttle reading would go back to normal for about half a minute then it would go away again...

No idea what this is, I highly doubt without any codes the Chevy can diag it correctly...
I am thinking maybe the Mamo T/B due to the odd throttle position reading causing a bottle neck and the drop in boost and power

Has anyone ever experienced this?
Thanks in advance!
