Likely they are identical. I know that watching the KSC test of the stock SS/1LE, the PDR was showing 174 when he goes through the timing lights. Measured speed was 172, so it's just slightly optimistic. Also have watched a ZL1 video, and it too was just a couple mph up on the PDR from the measured speed.
