For god sakes no.
I'm a girl and just took off my rear rotors and pads to clean the rust and imprint off them at 25k. It was an easy job. The hardest part about this job is breaking the caliper bolts loose and that's IF you're doing rotors. If just the pads then the hardest part is getting the tire off.
